Create a post

From draft to published, on your schedule.

Omit scheduledAt to create a draft. For publishing, provide a Unix timestamp in milliseconds at least 30 seconds ahead (maximum 366 days). Threads use multiple items; each item must satisfy X's 280 weighted-character limit. The scheduler runs every minute.

Example requestcURL
curl https://postlift.io/api/v1/posts \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $POSTLIFT_API_KEY" \
  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  -H 'Idempotency-Key: integration-post-0001' \
--data '{"xAccountId":"YOUR_POSTLIFT_ACCOUNT_UUID","items":[{"text":"A small release beats a perfect plan."}],"timezone":"Europe/Warsaw"}'

Read the post's version and send it with updates and schedule/cancel/retry/delete/restore actions. A stale version returns 409. Poll GET /posts/{id} for published/failed status; inspect /attempts before retrying an ambiguous publication.
